The rooftop sky bar had an amazing view of the city at night, and we enjoyed using the telescopes to admire the pagodas on Mandalay Hill. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with directions and even packing a breakfast box for our early departure. we would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main attractions of the city, such as the Mandalay palace and the world's biggest book. It is also situated in a quieter area, which was a great advantage for me. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with the usual amenities and a good air conditioning system. The friendly and efficient staff provided excellent service, helping with tour arrangements and giving a warm welcome. The breakfast buffet was ample and satisfying.

Our stay was pleasant with the hotel's staff providing exceptional service in arranging transportation and giving directions to nearby attractions. The location was pretty close to everything we needed, including a good restaurant just a few minutes' walk away. The room and bathroom were clean, and we appreciated the complimentary water, coffee, and kettle. The breakfast buffet on the top floor had a nice view and offered a lot of variety, including delicious local dishes and fresh fruits.

Some of the equipment in the room was outdated, and the hot shower didn't work properly at times.
